Huge List of Highly Anticipated New Books for January 2019!

So, I started writing this list with the intention of sharing a massive list of all of the new releases I was excited about for 2019. We Cast a Shadow | Maurice Carlos Ruffin | Release Date: January 29th, 2019 | Literary Fiction

In this family story meets satire about surviving racism in the near future, a father has to make a choice. Let his son embrace his blackness, which in this world means he might not survive, or give up nearly everything for an experimental procedure that will make his boy white. This is my most anticipated read from this list.

I have been finishing out the year by trying to get through some favorites of 2018 that I missed, so I’ll be excited to turn my attention to new titles in the new year. What are you excited to read in 2019?
